The 76th Annual Berean Christian Conference will be held the week of Saturday, June 27 – July 4, 2026 at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee.
Please register by June 12 as we must provide counts to the college for food, accommodations, and linens by that date.

All accommodations are air conditioned! The conference will be using 3 dorm facilities at Bryan College:
- Arnold Hall and Woodlee-Ewing Hall are suite style dorms. There are two rooms with two beds in each room and a bathroom connecting the rooms.
- F.E. Robinson Hall – Community style dorms are rooms with two beds and a sink. Bathrooms are down the hall.
- In addition to these dorms, there are a limited number of townhouses. The townhouses are on campus, but are a ten-minute uphill walk to the main part of campus. If staying there, you may wish to drive. Townhouses have 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and two bathrooms.
Not all dorms have elevators, so if you need first floor accommodations, please note that on your registration.
IMPORTANT: Parents of young children, please advise if you need a high chair or pack’n play as we have a limited amount and will possibly need to obtain more.
IMPORTANT: Linen rental includes, sheets, blanket, pillow and pillow case. It does not include towels. If you rent linens, you will still need to bring your own towels.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
There will be 3 ways to pay:
- Personal check payable to Berean Christian Conference. When you have a total from the Conference Accommodations director, you may mail a check to: Giovanna Johnson, 5863 Hobart St #3, Pittsburgh, PA, 15217.
- Zelle: Recipient address is bereanconftreasurer@gmail.com.
- Credit Card: The Treasurer will have a Square Credit card reader at the conference for people to use their credit cards. This will only work in person so people will have to wait until the day they get to the conference to do this. Also, there will be an additional 3% added to their invoice amount to cover the credit card fees assessed by the bank.
PRICING STUCTURE INFORMATION
As we have all learned over the past few years, our conference is quite unconventional. Even our registration structure is unique. Most conferences charge attendees one flat rate, expecting everyone to stay for the entirety of the conference, but we have always allowed people to pay a customized rate based on how long they choose to stay. Unfortunately, this structure is not necessarily ideal for venues, as our group does not provide as much income as a more traditional conference would provide.
Thankfully, Bryan College has been gracious enough to stick with our group and find an affordable compromise. The new price layout helps make our conference beneficial for them while still allowing our group to maintain flexibility. For anyone staying the entire week, the nightly rate will be nearly the same as last year. For anyone staying less than the entire week, the nightly rate will be a little bit higher.
